For one fee you will receive unlimited telephone support, unlimited remote desktop support and unlimited site visits.

Enterprise support also includes Proactive everyday monitoring of Servers, Antivirus and Backup applications. Regular maintenance visits to site in order to deal with issue's that can not be handled remotely and to proactively manage the account.
